Hill Center’s own Chef Gérard Pangaud is celebrating his golden anniversary in the kitchen by pulling out all of the stops! This intimate Chef’s Table features a 5-course tasting menu, each of which is paired with a select wine representing one of the premier regions of France. Two-star Michelin chef Gérard Pangaud will share stories of his 50 years as a chef in France and the US.
