Crossing Borders: Sushi Rolling

Come roll sushi with Chef Wendi James!
You will learn how to roll hand rolls (temaki) and in-side-out rolls (uramaki) with a variety of veggies and fish, including pickled daikon, eel, avocado and spicy tuna. This class covers how to cook sushi rice, what ingredients you will need, techniques on rolling the different types of sushi and how to pair the sushi with different sauces. Plan on coming with an appetite, as there will be plenty of sushi to enjoy.
Please bring an apron.
A minimum of 4 students is required for this class to occur. Registrants will be notified if the minimum is not met.
