Holiday Workshop: Freezable Appetizers

Get a jump on your holiday preparations! Chef Jennifer Jones will guide you through preparing and packaging the bite-sized appetizers, perfect to serve before Thanksgiving dinner or to take to your office holiday party. All can be frozen and baked later, or baked and frozen for later. Takeaway containers will be provided!

Jennifer Jones draws inspiration from hours spent in her grandmother’s Atlanta kitchen, where she learned to develop recipes and food pairings that are affordable, while healthily indulgent. Currently, she can be found sharing her passion for food and entertaining around the Washington, DC area – preparing menus and teaching at intimate, themed food events.
Please bring an apron. A minimum of 4 students is required for this class to occur. Registrants will be notified if the minimum is not met.
