Weekly meditation classes on Monday evenings offer the chance to learn how to make our mind calm and peaceful. By training in meditation we develop inner peace and the ability to stay happy and positive all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances. Each class includes guided meditations, a teaching, and time for Q&A. No experience is necessary and everyone is welcome!
