This all-level class with Kate MacDonnell teaches both new and continuing yoga students the essential poses and alignment principles of a Hatha Yoga practice. Class will incorporate postures (asana), breath connection, meditation, and relaxation.
Summer 2013 Session - 8 weeks from June 26 - August 28 (No class July 3) for $112 or register for only 6 classes for $96 (must schedule missed classes). Minimum enrollment 5 students by week before class starts or class subject to cancellation.

Can't make the free class on the 19th? Then try our new-student end-of-spring special: Drop in to try out a Sunday afternoon class between June 2 and June 23 with Kate for only $10 (cash-only, first time students only).
Drop-ins: Classes prioritize series registration. If space allows, online drop-in registration will be enabled after the first class. (In-person drop-in only on the first day.) Class fee is $20 cash or credit in person ($18 if reserved in advance online).
