In this all-level class, expecting moms will cultivate the flexibility, concentration and strength needed during the transformative time of pregnancy and childbirth. Enjoy the community of other expecting mothers while we practice modified Hatha Yoga postures, breath work, vocal toning and meditation.
Classes provide an opportunity to develop greater vitality and awareness of your body that is home for two, as well as to deepen your relationship with your baby. No previous yoga experience necessary.
