About Holly Fries

Family Member – Army National Guard, 1994-present

My name is Holly Fries, I have been an artist my whole life as I have two artistic parents. One of my greatest joys is bringing happiness to others through my artwork. I especially enjoy being able to paint memorial commissions for people that have lost their pets, giving them a little piece of their loved pet back into their lives. Being an artist is a great creative outlet for me that I can share with others. I use acrylic paint on canvas or wood, primarily painting pets and farm animals with a fun personality, also landscapes with a focus on trees and the sky.

Artist Statement

Art has been a great creative outlet for me that I not only can express emotions through but also I can share with others and give them joy as well. My family likes to get involved by giving me new ideas and also having a playful competition on who can come up with the most clever title for the latest painting. It is such a special privilege to be able to display your paintings for others to view and purchase. I very much appreciate all artwork, and to be able to have my work displayed among them is so exciting.
