In this interactive cooking class, Marianne Tshihamba serves up dishes inspired by her travels. Take a trip to France for this unique experience and style of eating or should we say grazing….Grand Aioli is a beautiful French platter often consisting of a garlic-based dip surrounded by a myriad of veggies, eggs, shellfish, bread, and more.
Gabrielle Hamilton of The NY Times describes it as “a distinctly relaxing, convivial, and participatory group meal.” Learn the ins and outs of this community way of eating, paired best with very cold wine for an easy, sociable, Summer day or night of fun.
Complimentary beer and wine are included in the price of the course!
“We love Marianne’s classes — we sign up for all we can!” -Barbara
An ingredients list and recipes will be sent out following the class.

Good food knows no boundaries or borders. Check out Marianne on WJLA, where she makes regular appearances to discuss her food and travels.
