In this interactive cooking class, Marianne Tshihamba serves up dishes inspired by her travels. Take a trip to France for this unique experience and style of eating or should we say grazing….Grand Aioli is a beautiful French platter often consisting of a garlic-based dip surrounded by a myriad of veggies, eggs, shellfish, bread, and more.

Gabrielle Hamilton of The NY Times describes it as “a distinctly relaxing, convivial, and participatory group meal.” Learn the ins and outs of this community way of eating, paired best with very cold wine for an easy, sociable, Summer day or night of fun.

Marianne Tshihamba has traveled the world pursuing new flavors and demystifying unfamiliar ingredients. Here in the Washington area, she has scouted the countless international grocery stores that stock their shelves with a wide range of products to serve the needs of our diverse community. This class requires at least 6 participants. Participants will be notified if the minimum is not met. Registration will close a couple days before the class so the instructor can shop for the appropriate amount of ingredients.
