Join Joan for an exciting new art workshop, perfect for skilled art students looking for a new medium to try, or for beginners!

This class will introduce students to gouache paint, an opaque watercolor. The class will begin with exercises including gouache painting techniques, color mixing, color palettes and practice sheets. Students will then complete their own modern folk-art bird or butterfly on either white or black watercolor paper.

This class is an adult art class.

All supplies and art smocks will be provided.
