Beyond Basics: New Orleans Fête – SOLD OUT

Do you want to up your game in the kitchen? Chef Chericia Easton will give you the tips and techniques to do just that! In this class, you will focus on New Orleans classics – mastering dark roux and boozy bread pudding.

Hush Puppies
Bourbon-Glazed Bread Pudding

 

Please bring an apron.

A minimum of 4 students is required for this class to occur. Registrants will be notified if the minimum is not met.
