Beyond Basics: Pasta Making

Do you want to up your game in the kitchen? Chef Chericia Easton will give you the tips and techniques to do just that! In this class, you will prepare fettuccine and ravioli with a variety of sauces – including a pesto, a tomato-based sauce and a chef’s choice.
Please bring an apron. A minimum of 4 students is required for this class to occur. Registrants will be notified if the minimum is not met.
