Do you want to up your game in the kitchen? Chef Chericia Easton will give you the tips and techniques to do just that! In this class, you will tackle sushi with a side of sake.
Menus are subject to seasonality and freshness. Past menu items include:
California Roll
Tiger Roll
Crunchy Veggie
Spicy Tuna
Salmon Mango Roll
Please bring an apron.
A minimum of 4 students is required for this class to occur. Registrants will be notified if the minimum is not met.
