Discover the vibrant flavors of Senegal by learning to make Cheb ou Jen, a deliciously seasoned fish and rice dish that brings together marinated fish, vegetables, and richly flavored broken rice in a single pot. Often described as “paella on steroids,” this national dish showcases Senegal’s culinary heritage and invites you to experience a communal dining tradition that is both hearty and satisfying.
