Chef’s Table with Chef Gérard Pangaud

Settle in at Hill Center’s 12-seat kitchen for an intimate, unique dining experience featuring the haute cuisine of France. Two-star Michelin chef Gérard Pangaud will serve a 4-course tasting menu that reflects the choicest products in season. Each course is paired with select wines representing the premier regions of France.

Please note that classes often go over the allotted time.  A minimum of 8 enrolled students is required for this event to occur.  Students will be notified if the minimum is not met.
