Settle in at Hill Center’s 12-seat kitchen for an intimate dinner featuring the haute cuisine of France. Two-star Michelin chef Gérard Pangaud will serve a 4-course tasting menu that reflects the choicest products in season. Each course is paired with select wines representing the premier regions of France.
