Exploring Champagne with Chef Gérard Pangaud – SOLD OUT

Join Chef Gérard Pangaud for a cooking demonstration + wine tasting highlighting the celebrated region of Champagne. A two-star Michelin chef, Chef Pangaud will discuss how the history and geography of the region has inspired its regional cuisine and world famous wines. The wine tasting will feature three wines from the region.

These lessons are peppered with Chef Pangaud’s trademark humor, stories of the old world and dozens of invaluable tips for novice and experienced cooks alike. The creative use of taste and technique trump the mechanical allegiance to the cookbook—a process that’s not only fun and stimulating, but produces delicious results!

In this demonstration cooking class, Chef Pangaud will serve:
Salmon Soufflé with Champagne Sauce
Brioche of Exotic Fruit with Champagne Sabayon


The wines will include:
A blanc de blancs
A banc de noirs
A blend


Please note that classes often go over the allotted time.  A minimum of 8 enrolled students is required for this cooking class to occur.  Students will be notified if the minimum is not met.
