In this interactive cooking class, Marianne Tshihamba serves up dishes inspired by her travels. Take your taste buds on a tour of Brazil! Globetrotter Marianne Tshihamba will teach you how to make Moqueca, a rich fish stew flavored with palm oil; Paõ de Pueijo, a cheesy, chewy appetizer; and Caipirinhas, Brazil’s national cocktail. Escape the cold with these delicious warm recipes and add a new cocktail to your bartending repertoire!

Marianne Tshihamba has traveled the world pursuing new flavors and demystifying unfamiliar ingredients. Here in the Washington area, she has scouted the countless international grocery stores that stock their shelves with a wide range of products to serve the needs of our diverse community.
