In this interactive, virtual cooking class, Marianne Tshihamba serves up dishes inspired by her travels — family style. This time Marianne will teach us how to prepare a traditional Congolese dish made with palm nut cream – Chicken Mwamba. It’s more important than ever to sit down with your family and share stories over delicious meals, and Marianne will show you how to accomplish this Congo-inspired family meal in an hour. Here’s to more adventures at home.
