In this interactive, virtual cooking class, Marianne Tshihamba serves up dishes inspired by her travels — family style. In this class, Marianne will show us how to perfect the popular Chinese Sichuan dish Dan Dan noodles. This crowd’s favorite spicy street food boasts bold flavors such as chili oil, vinegar, and other distinct Asian ingredients.
