This workshop is great for anyone with foundational knowledge of an asana, or physical/postural, yoga practice.
Join Carley Vitek to learn more about how to ground and engage your legs throughout your asana practice!
We will open class with about 40 minutes of a Vinyasa flow, then we will spend about 20-30 minutes exploring yoga postures to discover the different sensations that are aligned with activating specific muscle groups. We will close class with between 20-30 minutes of cool down, restorative, and yin type postures.
