84faces is a duo from the DMV area made up of Licui & Slater the Genius.Their individual styles blend together to create a unique fusion of alternative hip hop, RnB, pop, and jazz. 84 explores dynamics from relationships to race using music as the battleground for their dual perspectives.

Together they have released two EPs, dropped several singles including “Higher Power” on 2022’s Deathrow Summer Mixtape, and performed across the East Coast with a variety of artists from underground to national acts like Saba, Airospace, and K. Roosevelt.

House Concerts at Hill Center (HC@HC) is a new series that features diverse and local DMV singer-songwriters. HC@HC aims to create a cozy, mellow, intimate setting that connects the community with new music and shines light on the wide range of talent that fills our eclectic city. Come into our house for good vibes, excellent tunes, and a drink or cup of tea.
