Brazilian Flavors

In this interactive cooking class, Marianne Tshihamba serves up dishes inspired by her travels. Travel to Brazil with this hearty fish stew. The flavor goes well with any savory dish, but especially fish,  other seafood, and all vegetables!

Lastly, the hearty dish will be accompanied with cheesy appetizers and Caipirinhas, the national cocktail, to top it all off!

Marianne Tshihamba has traveled the world pursuing new flavors and demystifying unfamiliar ingredients. Here in the Washington area, she has scouted the countless international grocery stores that stock their shelves with a wide range of products to serve the needs of our diverse community. This class requires at least 6 participants. Participants will be notified if the minimum is not met. Registration will close a couple days before the class so the instructor can shop for the appropriate amount of ingredients.
