It’s time to dive into the deep end. Are you ready to take the plunge and elevate your cooking to a new level? Go beyond recipes to understand the technique and science behind cooking. Wow your friends and family at your next (social distanced, of course) gathering! If you are looking to hone your skills and up your game this series is for you. Each week you will explore a different ingredient in depth. Your chef, Wendi James, will demonstrate multiple recipes via a live Zoom session, and then you will have a chance to try your hand at experimenting with what you have learned.

This class is a part of a Master’s Deep Dive series.

Join us each week for four live Zoom classes on October 26th for Vegetables, November 2nd for Eggs, November 9th for Poultry, November 16th for Roots and Tubers, and November 23rd for Beef. If you’re not able to join for any class, don’t worry! All participants will receive a link to the video recording of each class.
