In this class, Marianne Tshihamba serves an elegant English tea, with your help of course! You will also learn how to make homemade cured salmon, aka gravlax.
The menu includes:
A Variety of Teas
Scones, served with Clotted Cream
Teacakes
Finger Sandwiches, including watercress, cucumber and cured salmon sandwiches
