No Boundaries Cuisine: Sunchokes + Jicama

In this class, Marianne Tshihamba explores some lesser known root vegetables and encourages you to integrate these into your weeknight meals! The menu includes:

Sunchokes cooked in olive oil, lemon and dill
Jicama Slaw

Here in the Washington area, she has scouted the countless international grocery stores that stock their shelves with a wide range of products to serve the needs of our diverse community.
