On the Cooling Rack: Pâte à Choux Workshop

If you know, you know. Pâte à choux is the basis for the most wonderful things to come out of France – Gougères, Profiteroles and Beignets. Join Chef Wendi James via an interactive Zoom session to master pâte à choux. She will feature recipes for gougères (cheese puffs), profiteroles with chocolate sauce, and classic beignets.
Following the events, all ticket holders will receive a link to a recording of the class.
