On the Cooling Rack with Frenchie’s: Pâte à Choux

Join us in the kitchen for a class dedicated to Pâte à Choux! Erica will feature Éclairs & Gougère.
In 2011, Erica founded Frenchie’s, an artisan bakery in DC that specializes in breakfast pastries, tarts, pies and cakes. As owner and head baker, she works with local producers to find fresh and seasonal ingredients. Her delicious treats are available via her website.
Please bring an apron.
A minimum of 4 students is required for this class to occur. Registrants will be informed if the minimum is not met.
