PACE: Parenting and Childhood Education

Motherhood is a journey, and bringing home a new baby can be a big adjustment for the whole family. PACE (Parenting and Childhood Education) provides group-based educational and emotional support for first-time moms and second(or third!)-time moms in the DC metro area. Groups are closed and led by trained facilitators, covering a wide range of discussion topics including: eating, sleeping, soothing, attachment, changing relationships, setting limits, and shifts in one’s identity during the transition to motherhood.  Groups run continually based on need and leader availability.
