Discover some of Africa’s most popular dishes in this interactive class featuring savory Jollof, a dish that will make you fall in love with rice all over again, Egisu Stew,   made with toasted squash seeds and Chicken Mwamba, made with nutty palm cream .

Here in the Washington area, she has scouted the countless international grocery stores that stock their shelves with a wide range of products to serve the needs of our diverse community. This class requires at least 6 participants. Participants will be notified if the minimum is not met. Registration will close a couple days before the class so the instructor can shop for the appropriate amount of ingredients.
