Let’s get back to the basics! Before you can start filling your pastries with delicious fillings and pretty toppings, you must first start with the foundation. Doughs and batters might not be the highlight of your baked good, but they definitely make or break the final product. If you want to learn all the tips and tricks to creating perfect doughs and batters, join Chef Wendi for a live interactive Zoom class where she’ll walk you through everything you need to know! You’ll get the chance to put what you’ve learned to the test and make biscuits, cookies, and muffins.
Recipes will be sent out before the class. Following the event, all participants will receive a recording of the class.
