Get ready for Pottery on the Hill 2020! Although you can’t come to Hill Center for our annual festivities, we’re coming to you. Pottery on the Hill will be an online show and sale this year, beginning at 5 pm Eastern time on Friday, November 13 and running through Sunday, November 15.
The best part? Because we have no space limitations, we have 45 potters who have been with us at past shows signed up for this year. It’s going to be our biggest and best yet, aside from the whole not being in person thing.
Like all arts and cultural institutions, Hill Center has been hit hard by the pandemic. So, the potters have all graciously donated pots for a silent auction, which will go entirely to helping us weather this storm. The auction run November 5-15, 2020 at PotteryontheHillDC.org.
In addition, Dan Finnegan, the mastermind behind Pottery on the Hill, has kindly offered to make exclusive Pottery on the Hill mugs that will be available for sale. All proceeds will benefit Hill Center as well.
Visit PotteryontheHillDC.org to see all the work, view details and stay up to date on the show.
