When traveling the world, sometimes the best meals are found in the streets – from food trucks, carts and stalls. Chef Mark Haskell will take you on a tour of the back alleys and busy streets of faraway countries.
In this workshop, you’ll be making and tasting tamales – a traditional Mesoamerican dish made of masa or corn flour stuffed with different meats and vegetables and wrapped in a corn husk or banana leaf – the perfect portable meal. Expand your repertoire of tamale recipes and enjoy!
As this class is in-person, we require all attendees to be vaccinated against COVID-19. See our COVID-19 policy here. This class requires at least 6 participants.
