Champagne is often associated with chocolate as a special pairing to celebrate Valentine’s Day. However, it is the red libations that thrill to the chase of the perfect tastes of chocolates. The red of your heart is where the evening’s target will aim – to love the red sips with chocolate.
We will explore the different chocolate possibilities with port, cabernet sauvignon and the Italian red bubbly, Lambrusco. Mock cocktails will be available.
