Two-time Food Network Cupcake Wars champ Doron Petersan returns to Hill Center to lead a class featuring her celebrated sandwich cookie — oatmeal cookies with maple flavored frosting — and simple tofu and veggie bites. Petersan’s Sticky Fingers Bakery (and now H Street’s Sticky Fingers Diner) has been a beloved DC institution for over twenty years. Doron is the author of Sticky Fingers’ Vegan Sweets, packed with 100 of her delectable — and secretly healthy — recipes. How can you possibly resist anything (but temptation)?
