It takes two hours of your time to learn the skills that could save your child’s life.
During this Zoom class, you will be taught by a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse. You will learn Infant and Child CPR, AED, and what to do if your child or infant is choking. The class applies to infants up to age 12. These are skills everyone caring for an infant or child should have to ensure their safety. This is the perfect class for parents, nannies, babysitters, grandparents, and others interested in learning how to save a life.
Laura Punaro has been a Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse for eight years. She graduated from The University of Virginia School of Nursing in 2005. Laura trained in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Children’s National Medical Center in DC and later became a charge nurse at Georgetown University Hospital in their PICU for six years. She became motivated to start her company, Frontlines CPR, LLC, teaching CPR after her daughter choked when she was an infant.
Laura is a certified CPR Instructor through The American Heart Association. She is extremely passionate about people learning these lifesaving skills and her medical background and experience as a PICU nurse make her an excellent teacher for this class.
