*Virtual* Knife Skills Series: Common Vegetables

Join Chef Wendi James as she teaches the essentials of knife skills for beginners via a live Zoom class. Learn the techniques of proper knife selection and care, basic cuts, and proper form. This interactive class will help take you to the next level in your cooking skills. The chef will guide you through breaking down common vegetables, while you chop along side or simply take notes. There will be time for questions and pro tips!

This class is part of a Knife Skills series!

July 21: Common Vegetables | July 26: Whole Chicken | August 2: Whole Fish

Equipment needed:
8” chef knife
Cutting board
Damp cloth towel
Bowl
Ingredients, At least one for class and extra for practice:
Celery
Carrot
Potato
Onion
Orange
Bell pepper
Garlic
Cilantro or parsley

 

After the event, all ticket holders will be sent a recording of the class.
