Join Chef Wendi James as she teaches how to break down a whole chicken via a live Zoom class. Learn the techniques of proper knife selection and care, basic cuts, and proper form. This interactive class will help take you to the next level in your cooking skills. The chef will guide you through breaking down a whole chicken, while you break down a chicken along side the chef or simply take notes. There will be time for questions and pro tips!

Equipment needed:
Boning knife (preferable) or chef knife
Cutting board
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken (optional second whole chicken for practice)
After the event, all ticket holders will be sent a recording of the class.
