Join Chef Wendi James as she teaches the knife skills to break down a whole fish via a live Zoom class. Learn the techniques of proper knife selection and care, basic cuts, and proper form. This interactive class will help take you to the next level in your cooking skills. The chef will guide you through breaking down a whole fish, while you break down a fish along side the chef or simply take notes. There will be time for questions and pro tips!

Equipment
Cutting board
Filet knife (preferable) or chef knife
1 pair kitchen shears
Ingredients
1 whole fish (1-3 pounds)
Second fish optional for extra practice
After the event, all ticket holders will be sent a recording of the class.
