The Classics and the Contrarians, wines from the old world and the new – the wines that are made in an old school way, and the boundary-pushing new school way.
Featuring Jill Zankowski, a DC guest Sommelier (from the New School), who will co-host with Michael (from the Old School).
Michael co-hosts a study on four wines – two with an emphasis on history, time, and benchmark winemaking techniques. The other two wines will be based on creativity, invention, and a quick exploration of “Natural Wines.”
Join us for a trip back to memory lane and a blast to the future!
