SUMMARY:Mindful Movement Yoga with Anne Harrison
DESCRIPTION:In this class\, we will learn and practice foundational yoga poses i.e. the standing poses\, twists\, forward folds and seated postures as we connect the postures through a slow flow and breath.  Class warm ups will include some tai-chi moves.  This class is appropriate for the senior community\, new moms and honestly\, any adult who is looking to move\, breathe\, and meditate within the movements.
