Join Bonnie and Jane Touzalin as they share another batch of intriguing, artful recipes and helpful baking tips that make this session
perennially popular (and always sold out). We’re playing with fruity flavors this year, and more.
Bring an apron and a cookie tin; some take-home boxes will be provided.
Bonnie Benwick (@bbenwick) worked as a journalist for four decades, much of which was spent at The Washington Post. During her Food section tenure, she wrote the “Dinner in Minutes” column and established the test kitchen. Retired, she is now involved in cookbook production, and contributed two recipes to the A Taste of Hill Center cookbook (2021). Jane Touzalin (@janetouzalin), a veteran journalist who also retired from The Post, is an accomplished home baker who worked on many of The Post’s annual holiday cookie editions.
A minimum of 6 students are required for the class to occur. Students will be notified if the minimum is not met.
