
Family Class – Easy Indian Desserts to Celebrate Holi!

Come celebrate the Festival of Colors by creating (and sampling) some easy Indian desserts with food writer Varu Chilakamarri.
Parents, caregivers, and their children are welcome to join us in the kitchen as we make simple versions of rich Indian sweets, including coconut burfi and almond milk fudge. We’ll also create colorful “pixie dust” to sprinkle on treats, and we’ll learn a little bit about Holi—the joyous and playful festival that will get us in the mood for spring!
Note: The items we’ll be making in this class will include nuts.
