Familiar with hot sake but not sure which sakes to use or how to heat them?

In this class, you’ll receive a guided tasting by a certified Sake Sommelier and hot sake expert through four pours of sake. You’ll be able to taste them served both hot and cold, using different temperatures and materials to change the sake.

Afterwards, you’ll be equipped to know how heating sake changes its flavor, which sakes should be heated and which should be chilled, and learn how to quickly and easily warm your own sake at home!

Scott Movens, the founder of Sake District, is a sake expert and educator based in Washington DC. He has multiple sake certifications, including WSET Level 3 with distinction and Certified Sake Professional. Aside from professional qualifications, he brews his own sake and takes frequent research trips to Japan to further his craft.
