Cook with the Seasons

What to do with your CSA when you’re lacking culinary inspiration or time? We will use produce from a local farmer with a CSA model and learn about how they grow their nutrient-dense, flavorful produce.  We will learn what’s in season in our region, creative ways to pair different flavor profiles, and safe food storage techniques that will also minimize food waste.

During class, we will create and enjoy a delicious and nutritious (plant-forward) autumn meal.

All materials needed will be provided in class.
