Description

It’s a beautiful world and I want to photograph it in that moment to preserve it. Photography is my passion and I truly enjoy it. I have always been interesting in photography but got serious about it 6 years ago when I started taking classes, joined many photography meetups, went on numerous photography tours and trips all over the world. I have had many people tell me that they can visit an area through my photos when they aren’t able to travel to that location themselves. I have also been told that my photography can make the ugliest location look beautiful and interesting such as abandoned buildings or single dead trees. I enjoy photographing anything of interest but I’m mostly drawn to landscapes, nature, cityscapes and night photography, shooting the night sky to include the Milky Way Galaxy and Aurora Borealis. I love to travel and in the last two years went on numerous photography trips. I visited Alaska 3 times to photography the brown bears, eagles, Iditorad, and the Aurora. Some of my trips included Italy, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, numerous National Parks, and various states. I don’t let the cold weather discourage me. I’m out there shooting in the wee hours of the morning when the majority of the photographers won’t get out of bed. Most days I’m either out shooting or processing photos. If I go without shooting for a few days I feel like I’m missing out.
