Can I get a refund?
All tickets are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please email or call our Programming Coordinator, Haviland Atha-Simonton, at firstname.lastname@example.org or 202-499-6447.
Why do you need my cell phone number and email address?
We send reminders and updates via email and text about any programs you are registered for.
What time should I arrive?
Depends on the program! For cooking, language, or art classes and workshops, just be sure to arrive early enough to find parking and be in class before it begins. For higher-capacity events like concerts or lectures, arriving 15-30 minutes ahead of time should be enough to ensure you get a good seat.
Is there parking available?
There is street parking available on Pennsylvania Avenue and the surrounding streets.
I want to register for a program but the website won’t let me.
If you’re having technical difficulties, please give us a call at 202-549-4172 or email email@example.com and we can assist you.
I want to go but forgot to buy tickets!
If seats are still available for courses such as cooking classes, writing/art workshops, or language classes, just give our Programming Coordinator, Haviland Atha-Simonton, a call at 202-499-6447 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. For events such as concerts and lectures, we typically let people buy tickets at the door, but please call ahead to confirm.
