Turn your kitchen into a Brazilian hangout in this hands-on class! Marianne Tshihamba will guide you through crafting the perfect Caipirinha—and you’ll keep the muddler as a souvenir! Pair your drinks with a savory fish stew and pao de queijo (cheesy bites) while soaking up the vibrant flavors of Brazil.  Cheers!

Marianne Tshihamba has traveled the world pursuing new flavors and demystifying unfamiliar ingredients. Here in the Washington area, she has scouted the countless international grocery stores that stock their shelves with a wide range of products to serve the needs of our diverse community. This class requires at least 6 participants. Participants will be notified if the minimum is not met. Registration will close a couple days before the class so the instructor can shop for the appropriate amount of ingredients.
