In this class, we will learn and practice foundational yoga poses i.e. the standing poses, twists, forward folds and seated postures as we connect the postures through a slow flow and breath. Class warm ups will include some tai-chi moves. This class is appropriate for the senior community, new moms and honestly, any adult who is looking to move, breathe, and meditate within the movements.
