Wine and Dine Fridays on the Hill is the Hill Center’s newest fall tradition — an evening perfectly curated for those who love great wine, delicious food, and even better company. Each event pairs a guided wine (or sake) tasting with a hands-on cooking class, giving you a full night of flavor and fun. After all, if you’re drinking with us, you should always have the option to dine with us — it only makes sense!
We currently offer three unique Wine and Dine Fridays on the Hill experiences:
- The Classic*:
Our signature lineup, featuring a wine tasting from 5:30–6:30 PM, followed by a cooking class from 6:30–8:30 PM.
- The Late-Night Edition (LNE)*:
Perfect for late diners, young professionals, couples, and friend groups. Enjoy a wine or sake tasting from 6–8 PM and a cooking class from 8–10 PM as Hill Center transforms into a vibrant social night like never before.
- The Sake Edition:
Add a unique twist to your evening! The Sake Edition can follow either schedule and explores the world of sake — often called “rice wine,” though it’s technically not wine at all.
