Hal Wackman

Hal Wackman was a division leader for industrial, energy and infrastructure projects during his 28 years at the World Bank. He worked in numerous countries in Asia, Africa and Europe and served as Country Director in Kenya. He now consults for the World Bank and sits on a number of non-profit boards.
